Brazos River Air Conditioning was formed in January of 2018 by Wacey O'Bryan. Originally from South Dakota Wacey has been a resident of Erath County since 2010. Brazos River is a family business and strives to build lasting relationships with our customers. With 15 years in the HVAC trade, Wacey started Brazos River Air Conditioning with the goal of providing service to the Granbury, Glen Rose, Stephenville, Weatherford, and surrounding area.
The hope is that we can give you the most complete home comfort service possible. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of not only the systems we install, but the building science that allows them to work properly. Proper sizing of equipment, indoor air quality, home sealing, and insulation are all part of home comfort. In 2019 we began adding in insulation services for existing homes, as well as system sizing evaluations, air gap sealing, and several home purifying solutions. We have recently added information on our website about the science of conditioning a building, challenges of different insulation, and a more complex breakdown of the different types of systems.
We provide design via Manual J, D, and S to homeowners and other contractors alike so that you can be confident in your homes system design. We are currently in the process of being certified to provide blower door and duct blaster testing. Our belief is that home comfort service is more than selling you equipment, it is providing you with the tools to live in a comfortable home, with healthier air, while saving on your equipment and power bills.
