Our technicians check all electrical parts, freon levels, temperature splits, static pressure, filter/coil cleanliness, and drains.

Cleaning of outdoor coil and light cleaning of indoor, one 1" filter, ant repellant, clearing drains, and light duct sealant.

We leave a list of everything we check, discount parts replaced.  Service call charges are waived if you need us between visits during normal hours.
